IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return product for a refund or exchange for any reason, please call us within 10 days. We cannot be responsible for any returns sent back to us without a return authorization. If the return is for any reason other than shipping damage, defect or receipt of a wrong item, you will be responsible for return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS. We cannot allow any returns on personalized items, except in the case of an error in the personalization, in which case we will issue a replacement at our cost.
SHIPPING DAMAGE. Check your items immediately upon receipt. If any of the items you purchased was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will determine whether a claim should be filed with the carrier and will arrange for replacement or credit. No damage claims will be accepted after 10 days of your receipt of your shipment.
