ORDER PROCESS- Color variations of candles must be ordered separately. After you select an item, click "add to cart" and you will be directed to an order page. Your quantity will show as "1" but you can now edit it to any number. To order another candle, click your "back" button and select your next color choice.



CREDIT CARD BILLING AND FREIGHT CHARGES- Your credit card information will be taken at checkout but your card will not be charged until we are ready to ship your order. Freight charges will be added at that time. We ship from Macungie, PA, usually with Fedex.



LEAD TIMES- Normal turn around time is within a week but may be slightly longer in peak months. If you have a requirement date please let us know and we will make every effort to meet your requirements.



DROP SHIPPING- We will be happy to drop ship to your customer. Please provide the name and address of the customer in the special instruction box on the item order page. A $3.00 drop ship fee will be charged along with your freight charges when we ship the item. Blind shipping with your business name available upon request.



CASE PACKS/ MINIMUMS- We do not have a minimum but, of course, your freight costs will be lower if you order in optimum case packs. The most efficient numbers to order in are: 15 inch birthday candles, 8 or 12 pieces; belltop candles, 8 pieces; taper candles, 6 pieces.
